Yoga for Joyful Living

 

Linda is trained in and teaches a gentle Kripalu Style of Yoga, and is a Certified Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. All Classes encourage you to listen deeply to the wisdom of your body. Each stretch is made with great reverence for your body, by finding, exploring, and changing your own personal edge.

As a life practice, Yoga awakens inner peace, compassion, and joy. The teachings foster an honoring of yourself, and all living things. The postures and breathing techniques create a strong and flexible body and a calm and focused mind. You are never too young or too old for yoga; the stretches are as gentle or vigorous as you desire. The fruits of a Yoga practice flow into daily life and help you to remain grounded and centered even in chaotic times.

 

Weekly classes are offered on:
 

Monday       7:00 pm--8:30 pm
Thursday   12:30 pm--2:00 pm
Saturday    8:30 am--10:00am

 

** Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. **
** Wear comfortable loose clothing. **
** Bring a yoga mat or beach towel to class. **

 

 

The cost is $10.00 per class


Registration is required one week in advance.
